Job summary

Powerback is hiring for a remote Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the accounts receivable department across the organization. This role is fully remote, supporting facilities nationwide with a focus on timely billing, quality controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will recruit, train, and mentor AR staff, establish departmental standards, resolve center-level requests, and coordinate projects from corporate management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of three years experience in corporate based long term care bookkeeping or five+ years in business office management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the workflow of the accounts receivable department.
• Establish quality control standards for each function.
• Recruit, hire and train new accounts receivable staff.
• Review performance for assigned staff.
• Provide support to Billing Coordinators by resolving related center level requests.
• Coordinate special projects from corporate management.
• Advise corporate financial managers on accounting issues.
• Ensure critical deadlines are met, including assisting with billing when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

5. Provide support to Billing Coordinators by responding and resolving related center level requests and issues
6. Coordinate all special projects and requests from corporate management
7. Advise corporate financial managers on accounting issues that need to be addressed by center bookkeepers; also, advise Directors of Business Office Systems on issues that need to be addressed by Regional Business Office Coordinators
8. Ensure that critical deadlines are met. This may entail assisting with the billing process when problems are encountered.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
