Job summary

Revecore is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinating no-fault and liability benefits to maximize hospital reimbursements.

You will handle a high volume of calls, maintain accurate records in AcciClaim and SharePoint, and collaborate with patients, adjusters, and attorneys from a remote home office. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
