Cognizant is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to join the finance and operations team, driving accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution. You will collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure quality billing workflows while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime from the 1st through the 4th of each month.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing support to Project Managers by preparing and issuing invoices in accordance with customer requirements and project billing schedules.
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve invoice-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Review billing information for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer guidelines and internal processes.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing matters.
