Responsibilities

• Peer-review records for accuracy and compliance.
• Process payments and maintain up-to-date billing records.
• Reprocess insurance denials and submit documentation for payment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• May prepare monthly/quarterly billing reports for management.
