Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or combination of college education and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated billing systems (Mactive and/or PBS system preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate advertising billing files and ensure data accuracy prior to submission.
• Serve as the key contact for local advertising departments regarding billing issues.
• Research and troubleshoot billing issues from properties or internal questions.
• Train new employees on the system and data entry processes.
• Test and research projects or system upgrades.
