LifeStance Health is seeking a remote Medical Billing Coordinator to support accurate billing across our national network. You will interact with insurance plans, clinics, and patients to ensure complete and timely billing in a dynamic, virtual team environment.

The role requires at least two years of medical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer comprehensive benefits and a flexible remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with automated billing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes with insurers (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates inclusivity and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate medical billing processes.
• Coordinate with Lead, Supervisor and Management.
• Collaborate with patients and office staff on billing matters.
• Keep payer information and SOPs up to date.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly reporting needs.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
