Responsibilities

• Understand and follow set standards and processes for predictable client results.
• Review contractual agreements to understand billing terms and invoicing requirements.
• Create and send invoices to customers per billing terms, including ancillary charges.
• Manage billing schedules to ensure timely invoices and payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Update billing records with invoices, payments, and term changes.
• Assist in financial reporting related to contractual billing and revenue recognition.
