Job summary

VCU Technology Services seeks a Billing & Managed Print Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support for telecommunications and managed print services. You will execute billing processes, coordinate service requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure reliable service delivery across VCU and VCU Health.

The role is fully remote with an Eastern Time Zone requirement, may include occasional on-site meetings, after-hours on-call rotation, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Experience handling inquiries, service requests, troubleshooting in a customer-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of billing systems, financial processes, and high-volume workflows.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and document creation/editing apps.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and resolve inefficiencies.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
• Ability to work remotely and be responsive during work hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for telecommunications and managed print services.
• Execute billing processes and coordinate service requests.
• Maintain accurate service and device records and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement and inventory management activities.
• Provide backup administrative support and participate in on-call rotations.
