The role collaborates with university and health system partners to ensure reliable service delivery and efficient operations.

The position is fully remote with flexibility for occasional on‑site meetings, located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with billing systems, ticketing systems, and billing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, ticket‑driven environment.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting customer inquiries and service requests.
• Able to work remotely with reliable communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily billing and customer service operations for telecommunications and managed print services.
• Manages billing processes and ensures accurate, timely billing and high‑quality customer service.
• Supervises daily workflows and trouble‑reporting for managed print operations.
• Collaborates with Senior Manager on strategy execution for billing operations and process improvements.
