Virginia Commonwealth University’s Technology Services is seeking a Financial & Managed Print Operations Manager to lead billing and customer service for telecommunications and managed print services. This role collaborates with VCU and VCU Health units, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations & Managed Print Services, with focus on accurate billing and efficient service delivery.

The position is fully remote, within the Eastern Time Zone, and may require occasional on-site

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with billing systems and financial/operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify billing discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
• Experience supervising staff and handling customer inquiries and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing and customer service operations for telecommunications and managed print services.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely delivery of high-quality customer service to VCU and VCU Health.
• Provide operational oversight of purchasing and inventory management.
• Support process improvements in billing operations and service delivery.
