Job summary

Autura is looking for a Manager of Revenue & Billing Operations to own the full billing-to-cash cycle for 2,500+ customers across multiple entities. You will review customer contracts, ensure accurate invoicing, and apply ASC 606 revenue recognition, while leading a team of two.

You will design and implement automated billing workflows, configure NetSuite and related tools, and partner with Sales, CS, Legal, and FP&A to drive process improvements and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order-to-cash with 2+ years of management at $50M+ revenue and 2,500+ customers.
• Experience redesigning billing and collections processes, not just running them.
• Proficiency with ASC 606 across subscription, professional services, and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing to cash across multiple entities and revenue streams.
• Lead billing, contract review, and revenue recognition per ASC 606.
• Design automated billing workflows and leverage third-party tools.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Legal, and FP&A to align on deals.
