You’ll streamline processes, close monthly cycles, prepare AR reports, and serve as the primary client contact with CFOs and CEOs. Remote, flexible work with opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management or billing leadership.
• Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients.
• Close monthly billing cycles and prepare AR, payment, and adjustment reports.
• Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs).
• Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff.
• Interview, onboard, and support contractor development.
• Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning.
