Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a strategic problem-solving role.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for escalated customer billing complaints, reviewing cases of misrepresentation and ensuring fair resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as CX, CAT, and Accounting to investigate and resolve issues, maintaining customer satisfaction.
