You will collaborate with CX, CAT, and Accounting to investigate issues and maintain high customer satisfaction, while enjoying a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a strategic problem-solving role.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
