Qualifications

• Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve all assigned insurance claim denials promptly.
• Analyze denial trends to identify root causes and payer patterns.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for common denials.
• Prepare and submit appeals with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to obtain corrected information for resubmission.
• Track denial statuses and report on recovery rates and financial impact.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies and billing regulations.
