Jobgether is seeking a remote Billing Specialist to manage collections, invoicing, and AR for participants and institutional clients within the United States. You will collaborate with finance, billing, and other teams to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial records.

The role requires 2+ years in billing or accounts receivable, solid Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or similar financial systems. Remote work options are available nationwide.

Qualificações

• Requires an associate or bachelor degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in billing, collections, accounts receivable or related financial operations.
• Strong Excel skills to organize data, review transactions, and prepare reports.
• Experience with financial management systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Knowledge of invoicing, payment tracking, AR, billing adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Ability to review reports, identify discrepancies, and process adjustments accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Manage collections and accounts receivable by following up on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate billing activities with billing specialists to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in payment plans for participants and institutional customers.
• Prepare and issue program invoices for participants and clients.
• Generate billing and AR reports to monitor operations and finance.
• Support month-end closing with adjusting entries and reporting.
