Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in accounting, finance, billing, or related field.
• Experience with US Government FAR, CAS and 2 CFR 200 regulations.
• Experience in NGO environment preferred.
• Experience with billing and work breakdown structures.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry / automated accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level billing for CPFF, T&M, and Fixed Price contracts.
• Ensure invoices comply with funder standards and regulations.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems for billing and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with program staff to deliver timely invoices.
• Reconcile project costs and maintain billing records.
• Escalate and help resolve billing/payment issues as needed.
• Create custom reports and upload invoices to shared storage.
