• Proactively communicate with clients via phone, email, and text regarding billing and account concerns with professionalism.
• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish using firm systems to work efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and contribute to a confidential, collaborative team environment.
