Cage & Miles, a leading family law firm in Southern California, is hiring for a remote/hybrid/on-site client accounts role. You will manage client matters from start to finish, communicate with clients across phone, email, and text, and resolve billing issues with empathy.

Ideal candidates have customer service or account-management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Clio or similar practice-management software is a plus.
