Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and offer reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions to promote functional abilities and independence.

What You Will Do

1. Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy, including exercises and activities to help patients achieve goals.
4. Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Compliance: Follow ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
7. Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
8. Continuing Education: Stay updated with latest developments in occupational therapy.

Compensation

1099: Bilingual - $60 per 60-minute evaluation, $30 per 30-minute session.
1099: Non-bilingual - $56 per 60-minute evaluation, $28 per 30-minute session.
W2: $43-$56 per hour, based on experience and bilingualism.

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work (approx. 12 hours/week).

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in clinical or school settings or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
