Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and are offering reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy, including exercises and activities to help patients achieve goals.
4. Education: Teach patients and caregivers techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
5. Documentation: Keep accurate records of progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary documentation.
6. Compliance: Follow ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
7. Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
8. Continuing Education: Stay updated with latest developments in occupational therapy.

Compensation

• 1099: Bilingual - $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations, $30.00 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099: Non-Bilingual - $56.00 for evaluations, $28.00 for sessions
• W2: $43.00 - $56.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work (approx. 12 hours/week)

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain one
• Experience in a clinical or school setting or successful clinical interview
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+)
