Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and offer reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth. Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

What You Will Do

1. Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy, including exercises and activities to help patients achieve their goals.
4. Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Compliance: Follow ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA confidentiality.
7. Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
8. Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest in occupational therapy and engage in professional development.

Compensation

• 1099: Bilingual - $60 for 60-minute evaluations; $30 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099: Non-Bilingual - $56 for evaluations; $28 for sessions
• W2: $43 - $56 per hour, depending on experience and bilingualism

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours (~12 hours/week)

Minimum requirements include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active or pending CA license, experience in clinical settings, proficiency with teletherapy platforms, and comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
