Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

As a leading provider of virtual in-home therapy, we excel in addressing the unique needs of each client within the familiar comfort of their environment.

    We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California. We are also offering reimbursement for California licensure!

    The Remote Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients via telehealth. They will work with a diverse caseload of patients, assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

    What You Will Do

  1. Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine their needs and goals.
  2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  3. Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  4. Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance independence and well-being.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  6. Compliance: Follow ethical and legal standards, including patient privacy and confidentiality (e.g., HIPAA).
  7. Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions.
  8. Continuing Education: Keep current with developments in occupational therapy and engage in professional development.

Compensation

1099 | Bilingual: $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $30.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.

1099 | Non-Bilingual: $56.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $28.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.

W2 | $43.00 - $56.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.

*Licensure reimbursement paid after 90 days or 145 hours of work (equivalent to 12 hours per week)

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
  • Technical proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
  • Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
