All Care Therapies is a leading provider of virtual in-home speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, utilizing cutting-edge technology to serve clients of all ages with various disorders. We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and offer reimbursement for California licensure.

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Providing remote occupational therapy sessions, including exercises and activities.
• Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and plans.
• Adhering to ethical standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development.

Compensation options include:

• 1099 Bilingual: $60 for 60-minute evaluations, $30 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099 Non-Bilingual: $56 for evaluations, $28 for sessions
• W2: $43-$56 per hour, depending on experience and bilingualism

*Licensure reimbursement paid after 90 days or 145 hours of work (approx. 12 hours/week).

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License
• Experience in clinical or school settings or successful clinical interview
• Technical proficiency with teletherapy platforms
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+)
