Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service - Claims Processor to support health insurance inquiries.

This remote role requires residence in PST, MT, or Central Time Zone and offers the opportunity to assist clients with benefits, eligibility, and reimbursements while upholding HIPAA standards. You will provide service via phone, email, and case management, educate clients on program eligibility, resolve reimbursement issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve accuracy

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• 1–3 years of claims, accounting, or customer service experience or related education.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance procedures including eligibility, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and case management for benefits, claims, and reimbursements.
• Educate clients on program eligibility and guidelines, resolving reimbursement and claims issues.
• Research and resolve eligibility discrepancies, process claims, and ensure accuracy across internal systems.
• Maintain HIPAA and ERISA compliance while handling sensitive client information.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes, report metrics, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
