ConServe is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate to initiate first-party calls and help consumers gather information and resolve issues from a remote setting. Strong communication and documentation skills are required to meet daily account targets.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, professional conduct, and the ability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, in a home-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; fluent verbal communication.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient reading and writing in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as our client’s representative by initiating outbound calls to consumers to build rapport, gather information and problem solve.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly account penetration goals as set by management at ConServe.
• Record maintenance and updating of system to maximize contacts.
• Gather proper documentation from consumers and maintain appropriate follow-up.
• Adhere to ConServe's Quality Management System and Code of Conduct.
