Job summary

ConServe is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Associate to initiate first party calls on behalf of our clients from a home-based setup. The role focuses on gathering information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service in a remote environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST, handle confidential data, and meet daily activity goals while staying compliant with the company's policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to consumers for clients.
• Gather information to resolve account issues.
• Document consumer account details accurately.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly penetration goals.
• Maintain proper follow-up and data entry.
• Adhere to Quality, Code of Conduct and Compliance standards.
