Job summary

Frontline Group is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote role. You will assist individuals by connecting them to emergency shelter and resources, providing critical support from home. This is a full-time, temporary position with pay of $15.00/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers (W2).

Ideal candidates have call center or customer service experience, strong reliability, and comfort working remotely. Training schedule is to be determined.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English speaking and writing.
• Experience in call center or customer service roles.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Reliable with 100% attendance for orientation and training.
