Job summary

Altis is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator for a fully remote role in Canada. You will coordinate service requests, support customers across North America, and collaborate with Operations, Sales, and field teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

The role requires English and French fluency, 1+ year in customer service or logistics, and comfort with high-volume work. A benefits package is available after three months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, transportation, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM, dispatch, routing, or customer management systems is considered an asset.
• Comfortable managing large volumes of email and phone-based communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage service expectations.
• Monitor active orders and investigate service disruptions, delays, or customer concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage high volumes of email correspondence and customer inquiries while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Support routing, dispatch, and scheduling activities using internal systems and technology platforms.
• Address billing-related inquiries, documentation requests, and account-related concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Administrative teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
