Job summary

- 5+ years in consultative sales or coaching roles.
- Proven track record improving sales performance through coaching.
- Strong understanding of discovery, needs analysis, value creation, objections, closing.
- Experience with remote, distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Listen to consultations and evaluate performance with scorecards.
- Identify behaviors impacting conversion and sales performance.
- Analyze outcomes and trends to identify coaching opportunities.
- Develop targeted coaching plans for measurable improvement.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and role-plays.
- Coach on discovery, value positioning, objection handling, and closing.
- Tailor coaching to experience, language, and market differences.
- Support leaders with escalated performance challenges.
- Monitor coaching results for sustainability.
- Assist ramp-up for new hires and underperformers.
- Identify systemic issues and advise leadership.
