Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Bilingual Sales Operations Support Specialist to join a project for a leading Canadian fintech company. The role is 100% remote with EST working hours and requires fluency in French and English.

You will maintain CRM data, perform data entry and validation, review customer documents, and support day-to-day sales operations related to POS services while communicating with customers by phone when needed. Based in France, this full-time position offers global flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French and English (C1/C2).
• Experience in sales operations, administrative support, data entry or CRM management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and communicate by phone when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and CRM clean-up activities.
• Review customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create and follow up on tickets requesting CRM updates or corrections.
• Contact customers by phone when necessary to verify or clarify information.
• Support daily sales operations and administrative processes.
