The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This position offers performance-based commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
