Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by selling Interlock products and services.

This fully remote role handles inbound and outbound calls, delivering tailored solutions and maintaining client relationships nationwide in both English and Spanish. The advisor supports a high-energy sales environment with commission-based earnings, uncapped incentives, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
