Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound calls, and selling Interlock products while delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will hold a high school diploma, possess sales experience, and ideally be bilingual in English and Spanish. The position offers remote work, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage callers using a consultative sales approach to sell Interlock products.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
