Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth nationwide from a fully remote home office. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation eligible.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage CRM records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
