Successful candidates will have 4+ years in customer support, 2+ years in leadership, and strong English/Spanish communication. Salesforce expertise and automation experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years in customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading remote/intl teams in SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
