Maximus is hiring for Bilingual Russian Customer Service Representatives to join the NYSOH team. This remote role requires residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.

Qualifications

• English and at least one additional language is required (Russian preferred).
• 6+ months of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Russian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers including the general public and enrollees.
• Process health care applications by phone and handle enrollment-related tasks.
• Document inquiries in the applicable systems and maintain accurate records.
• Provide translation services for non-English callers as needed.
