Job summary

Maximus is hiring bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese Customer Service Representatives to join our NYSOH team. This remote opportunity requires residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.

Every day, CSRs provide customer care to New Yorkers navigating healthcare plans, with paid training and opportunities for growth. You will handle inquiries, process enrollments, translate services, and ensure data accuracy while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese or Russian, or Spanish and Haitian Creole required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and translate Mandarin or Cantonese and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from the general public and enrollees per policy and procedures.
• Process new health care applications and determine eligibility.
• Translate and provide translation services for non-English callers as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and referrals.
