Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to handle appointment scheduling and account inquiries in a fully remote role. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and thrives in a high-volume call environment.

The advisor will use retention rebuttals to secure attendance at installations or reschedule as needed, while protecting revenue and preserving customer relationships. Flexibility with hours supports operation Mon-Fri, with some weekend coverage possible.

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or retention is preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers with installation process and policy information.
• Address cancellation objections and offer retention solutions.
• Document all interactions in CRM/scheduling platforms.
