Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will engage with potential customers, schedule appointments, and address barriers to secure attendance while preserving customer relationships.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, multitasks across CRM and scheduling systems, and uses empathetic, solution-oriented communication to protect revenue and uphold our reputation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service or retention experience.
• Experience handling objections and conflict resolution is a plus.
• Ability to multitask across CRM and scheduling systems during calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Remote-friendly with self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers through the installation process and explain policies.
• Address objections with retention solutions and follow up.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM.
• Navigate multiple systems during live calls while staying customer-focused.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Meet retention and call quality metrics.
