Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Remote-friendly; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers through the installation process and policy details.
• Handle cancellations by addressing objections and offering retention options.
• Document all interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• De-escalate issues with empathy and professional judgment.
• Meet retention and call handling performance metrics.
