Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers about appointment scheduling and account inquiries.

The advisor uses retention rebuttals to address hesitations and aims to secure attendance at installation appointments or reschedule as needed. You will work in a high-volume call environment, multitask across CRM and scheduling systems, and maintain a positive customer experience while protecting revenue and company reputation.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention-focused roles.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills for remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment rescheduling and account support.
• Assist customers with navigating their installation process and policies.
• Handle objections and retention-related inquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain detailed documentation in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Multitask across multiple systems while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up promptly to protect revenue.
