Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Referral Specialist to expand our network of referral sources throughout New Jersey. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, professional phone demeanor, and the ability to handle outbound calls to healthcare and education professionals.

The position is remote from New Jersey with flexible scheduling, offering hourly pay between $15 and $20 depending on experience. Prior healthcare, ABA, or provider outreach background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly phone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to potential referral sources.
• Communicate in English and Spanish with providers and families.
• Introduce Epic Minds Therapy and explain ABA services and referral process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers such as psychologists and pediatricians.
• Identify referral opportunities and follow up with interested providers.
• Answer questions about Epic Minds and the referral process.
• Send referral information to providers and maintain records.
• Follow up consistently with providers and schedule calls/meetings as needed.
• Represent Epic Minds Therapy professionally and meet outreach targets.
