Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or similar role.
• Working knowledge of California residential real estate transactions, contracts, timelines, and disclosures.
• Experience using transaction management and electronic signature platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage transaction files from executed purchase agreements through close of escrow.
• Review contracts, addenda, and disclosures to ensure complete and documented files.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing dates; proactively alert stakeholders.
• Coordinate with agents, escrow/title officers, lenders, clients and other parties.
