• Respond to inbound inquiries about policy coverage, billing, and service.
• Resolve questions and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening with customers.
• Educate customers on policy options and required steps.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Work from a quiet home office and maintain professionalism.
