Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth services to a diverse caseload across the United States, including California licensure pathways. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, educate families, and maintain precise documentation while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or eligibility.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency with teletherapy through the company platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services to help patients achieve goals.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and relevant ethical standards.
• Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
