Job summary

All Care Therapies, a leading provider of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and ABA therapy services, seeks a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT to a diverse caseload nationwide. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions, educate families, and document progress while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Requires a Master's in OT, CA OT license, and pediatric teletherapy experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Pediatric experience (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning via telehealth and determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards regarding patient privacy.
