Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring remote Occupational Therapists to provide teletherapy services to clients across the United States, including California. The role supports diverse populations via telehealth with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in OT and a CA State license or ability to obtain one; clinic or school experience is preferred. We offer reimbursement for California licensure and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
