Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services to patients across the United States. The role involves evaluating and treating patients remotely, developing treatment plans, educating families, and documenting progress with HIPAA-compliant records.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Occupational Therapy, a CA State license (or ability to obtain one), and experience in clinic or school settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Pediatrics experience (18 months+) preferred.
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Intervention: provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Compliance: ensure HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Technology: use telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with OT developments.
