Twin Health’s remote Member Service Representative role supports members from eligibility through enrollment, device setup, scheduling, and troubleshooting, delivering care with warmth and efficiency.

This temp-to-hire full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, 401k, paid parental leave, and the chance to convert to permanent status after a successful 90-day evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare contact center or similar member-facing healthcare support role is preferred.
• Warm, clear, confident phone presence with strong active listening.
• Genuine empathy and patience when assisting members with health challenges or new technology.
• Ability to learn and operate across multiple technical platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Talkdesk).

Responsibilities

• Provide premier call center support and white-glove service.
• Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective members.
• Own each interaction end-to-end, resolving needs in a single touchpoint when possible.
• Guide members through enrollment, eligibility, and scheduling processes.
• Troubleshoot device setup and sensor issues; manage kit orders and replacements.
• Accurately log interactions in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Talkdesk.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
